i have a problem with capitals.. sometimes i remember, sometimes i don't. why are they necessary?

- I am a SAHM, which is the best decision I have ever made, with two amazing children, I love reading, and I am a quilter when i have the time and energy (so it's been awhile since I unpacked my sewing machine), but I belong to a guild (that has to count for something). I don't think I have cooked a dinner in 8-9 months, thank God hubby cooks or we would starve, I swear. I have no idea what I do with my time, but I never sit and yet my house isn't spotless, my laundry never totally done, and I was sure I just cleaned the bathroom yesterday. But it wouldn't look like that if I had....
